Couples therapy
Humans are relational creatures. This means much of the emotional pain we carry was relationally inflicted. Certain behavioral patterns are often recreated within our adult relationships in an effort to meet unmet needs from childhood. Couples therapy can be a great space to explore these patterns, better understand their origins, and find more adaptive and sustainable ways to connect in partnership.

While individual psychotherapy can offer space for deep reflection, therapeutic groups offer the opportunity to relate to those who are facing similar challenges and build true community. Whether it be navigating the struggle of boundary setting or learning to lean into the discomfort of vulnerability in work or dating - therapeutic groups are a great source of support and accountability.
Surviving Dating Culture
An 8 week program designed to support women navigating the online dating space, address dating burnout, examine attachment wounds, and connect with other single women about shared experiences.
